Q: How can I place an order from SHOPITX?
You can place your order in two ways:
Through our official website SHOPITX.com
Via our TikTok or WhatsApp Sales Assistant, where your complete order will be finalized through chat.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, available all across Pakistan.
Q: Are your products always in stock?
We work with third-party suppliers (dropshipping). While we regularly update our inventory, stock availability cannot be absolutely guaranteed. If an item goes out of stock after you place an order, our team will inform you immediately.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: What are the delivery charges?
Standard delivery charges are PKR 200 on all orders across Pakistan.
Q: How long does delivery take?
After order confirmation, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your city and current conditions.
Q: What if I provide an incorrect address?
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be required to pay the delivery charges (PKR 200) again for reshipping.
Refund & Return Policy (No Exchange)
Q: Do you offer product exchanges?
No. We have a strict No Exchange Policy.
Q: In which cases am I eligible for a refund?
Refund requests are only accepted under the following conditions:
The product is damaged during transit
The wrong product or color was sent by mistake
Q: Can I get a refund if I don’t like the product or ordered the wrong size?
No. Refunds are not offered for change of mind, dislike, or size issues.
Q: How long does the refund process take?
Once your refund request is approved and the product is received at our warehouse, the refund amount will be transferred to your bank account within 5 to 10 working days.
